Wow. That episode of Angel was amazing. One of those perfect "surprising but inevitable" endings.

And just when I was like 1 episode away from saying, "This show sucks, I'm done."

It was the episode where Angel lost his soul. He has the vision thingie where he wins the day, and then gets the girl, and in the process loses his soul.
