Funding for this project will end at the end of the day. I am maybe 40% done with a rough pass at what I was asked to do. I talked a little with Jeff, and he made me feel a little better... that this project has been underfunded from the beginning, so half-ass results are about what *should* be expected. But I hate that. I want to do good work. I am so frustrated that they gave me this job, but aren't giving me the opportunity to do it right!

And now, God knows why, but the function I've been using for months for various things is hanging up on one of my runs for no apparent reason. Suddenly it just can't do what it's been doing just fine for ages. Bah.
