I never got Columbus before. You know, he sailed the other way and discovered America and all... big deal. But now I have an understanding of what he was looking for--something worth sailing off the end of the world to find--Indian food.

Therefore, I think it is very important to celebrate Columbus Day, and like all good holidays, what better way to celebrate than to stuff ourselves with yummy food?

It seems we have until mid-October to figure out how to make decent Palak Paneer...
