I'd really love to run/jog/walk with you when you do your C25K workouts sometimes. It's a great program and I like the structure. Plus that's a great speed for me. I'm not a speed racer.
I hope your knee is ok! I let a very heavy door slam into my hip yesterday and I have a nice big bruise, but other than being tender, it's not slowing me down. Not that I've moved much at all because it is all of the hot here in New York and I care not to move.
