It is great that you are able to contribute so much to your 401k at a time. In addition, it does become annoying when there are things that you need add or fix and then it becomes a paper check for a week or two until they are able to straighten things out (things like this have been happening almost all the time with all of my previous jobs).

Randomness:Last night, I could of sworn I woke up to at one point to a thunderstorm. How does it go from thunderstorm to snowstorm in such a short amount of time.
