Hiking info

I propose:
* We meet up at Ed's place at 9:30am and carpool to Starved Rock State Park.
* We each pack our own picnic lunches, water, etc, to eat on the trail.
* We do a car shuttle thing on the long (6-ish) mile hike at Starved Rock State Park, which is _not_ the one that's supposed to have lots of stairs, so we can only hike it the one way. I believe my guide book suggests this hike to be like 3-4 hours... though I left the book at home, so I can't check on that right now from work. So I estimate this would have us hiking from noon to 3pm or 4pm.
* If we are still up to it afterward (or those of us who are still up to it afterward), we can head over to Matthiessen State Park and do the 2.2 mile loop trail there too. That's supposed to be 1.5 to 2 hours.
Hopefully there will not be too much mud.
