yes. lettuce and tomatoes on the bottom of stacks end up moldy. i think that's like a proverb or something.

I don't know; I really like the shelves in my frig, which make it more like an array. I definitely random-access my food, rather than using any kind of sensible ordering.

Wow, I didn't realize that "frig" meant "fridge" until I read through the post a couple of times. "Frig" has a hard g in my mind (like "frog" or "frag").
