Flu Shots

Are they recommending for young healthy people to get flu shots these days? I can get one for free next week at Northrop Grumman... and naturally Northrop wants me to get it so they don't have to pay me to sit at home and get over the flu. As far as I'm concerned, most years I don't get the flu and when I have I didn't die (even though I did want to), so I don't have a particularly strong preference and would like to do the socially responsible thing.
