It's kind of a pitty I don't like trance

I really liked Mikel's ideas for decorating for the party, so I took part in decorating for a party for the first time since I've been at Mudd. I got some pictures of the stars going together, and came back for some pictures after it got dark and the lights went on. As I really don't like Mudd parties, and especially don't like trance music, I didn't stick around for the party. However, it was fun to use my camera for the first time at night, and with something interesting to take pictures of too. A lot of the pictures came out blurry because they had a long shutter thingie, and my hand just isn't that stable, but I thought the ones taken with the camera sitting on a solid surface came out pretty well, and I think the fountain pictures came out especially well.

Doh! I need to get my depo shot...

So yeah, with Josh in the bay area, I haven't been paying a lot of attention to my birth control situation. I mean, I pay a little attention, like a few days before I'm going to see Josh I make sure I'm current on my depo (and will be for the duration of his stay). But I haven't seen him in two weeks and wont see him for another week. Baxter isn't going to want to take my word on my having not had sex recently, and according to Baxter, by Monday I will already be about a week late for my shot (since at Baxter, 3 months = 83 days, as opposed to the 90-93 days that it is in the rest of the world). Oops. I guess this means I get to pee in a cup and pay for a pregnancy test before I get my shot. Woop-de-doo.

I hate Baxter. I know I'm not pregnant. I don't appreciate people assuming that I don't know whether or not I'm having sex. Am I so ugly that they just assume that anyone I'm seeing must be that bad in bed?
