Signed up for National Novel Writing Month. ( http://www.nanowrimo.org/ ) I'm not 100% sure I'll actually participate, and I think it is very unlikely I will write 50,000 words in a month (I've only writen around 25,000 words on Amber, and I've been working on that for 7 years). They say to start with a clean slate rather than something already started. I can see their logic in that too... I will write faster if I'm not writing on Amber because I wont care about any other writing project as much. On the other hand, if I were to actually participate and write on something other than Amber, it might mean that I'd never come back to Amber. That would be a real shame. Anyway, I'll think about it. 7 double-spaced pages per day is really a lot, even if it is just fiction of my own devising. But it would probably be good for me.
