Bad day so far, don't know why

I should feel better. I don't know why I feel so awful. I don't know why I yell at people. I apologize to all those whom I have snapped at today; I don't know what is wrong with me. It's like extra bad PMS... except that it really shouldn't be, I don't think. The nicest thing I have to say is, STAY OUT OF MY WAY. I don't have anything nice to say today so please let me stay silent lest I say something I do not intend.
