Contra Dancing

I went contra dancing last night with my parents. It was fun. I was really impressed by the range of ages represented. There was an elderly lady there, and a girl who couldn't have been older than 8, and there were tons of people in between. I think Josh would like contra dancing better than ballroom dancing if he were to give it a try. There is much stomping of feet, twirling, and plenty of room for improvisation. There will be more contra dancing next Saturday, so hopefully he will come with me and give it a try.

Unfortunately I didn't bring either pair of shoes home that I like to dance in. I don't know quite how that happened. Anyway, I wore a pair of shoes that I thought would work okay, but I got big blisters so I will have to find something else for next week.

Recipe: Easy Chocolate Cake

1.5 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa

6 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon vinegar

Bake at 375 until done 40 minutes?
